These Treepies were on the Mahogany tree while we were waiting for the school bus - also a pair of Flamebacks with 2 chicks were on the lower tree trunk. Ran up to grab the camera as soon as Mannat had left on the bus [7:20 AM], went back down to the street to try photograph the Flamebacks first as they usually dont stay too long at one place. They had gone. The Treepies were still on the upper branches so I went back up and was able to lean out of the window to get a few frames before they were off to another tree further away.

One of the Flamebacks that flew away, had been «captured» on another earlier occasion while digging for worms on the Mango tree behind the bedroom window... many times this particular bird has come to the window and tapped on the glass pane - we wonder if it sees its reflection and taps because of that?
