Diwali Mela!
Village style Tumbling-Box [like a Ferris-wheel] being spun around manually by two guys. It did not look like they would be able to get much speed going, and the kids were giggling until the boxes started to do some pretty serious tumbling.... There were a few shrieks then!
Notice, there are no «seat-belts» or any such safety harness for the kids. Wonder that some of them don't jump off when things get a bit scary.
