4th photo session for the work-in-progress: 27Â Jan 2010.
The cast are more familiar with their lines and are picking up cues easily. The play is coming together and the kids are beginning to open up to their parts. Plenty of on the spur of the moment innovations in their acting. Great to see them put in so much effort and take pride in what they do. The dance sequences, to the music of Carole King, are also starting to show coherence and coordination between the dancers. The stage has just a simple set, plenty of space for the kids to use – but the creepy green creepers on the garish painted wall – uh! [EDIT: Fixed the color of the painted bricks and green creepers in post-processing].
