Crusty outside and fluffy inside

Missing home made bread [bread maker gone on holiday] and tired of market bought bread, I found a recipe to try – which worked out just great. I ate one straight off the tray, hot and with loads of butter, the next with a cheese, and the third with home-made raspberry jam. Heavenly!
