Had intended to drive out of the city this evening, as the sunsets these past few days have been spectacular. The cityscape [if one can call it that!] sort of spoils and limits the view.
Too late getting out, and the traffic was bad. Decided to turn back and get a few shots from behind these large trees....

Comments disabledNo trackbacksNo, did not misspell moonlighting. Meant it, as in «moody». While in Simla during May, I did some portraits of the Head Master from my old school. When I started off, I took a few test shots [with flash] and then saw this lovely warm light of the evening sun that was coming in from the window on his left. He had a small table lamp lit as well. Turned off the flash, and quickly took two frames, without changing the exposure settings [1/80 at f/4] unfortunately - and ended up with underexposed images which, after a bit of tweaking in Photoshop, turned out fine except that there was some digital noise in the shadows because of the underexposure…. but I still like it!
