 A Jungle Myna [Maina] – Acridotheres fuscus – preening and drying-off after being wet in a rainstorm from last night. It kept wondering where the little dash of light was coming from, and what the clicking sound was. But it stayed and gave me a few nice shots.

It has been work-work-work for the past 3 weeks and not a moment spare to pick up the camera. Ah well. Needed to change that! Looked out the bedroom window and saw a pair of Jungle Mynas on the Mahogany tree. It was a bright day with the birds strongly shadowed and highly lit from [...]
 This Maina [Acridotheres fuscus] kept making these funny nodding motions with its head, it would then look at me and then nod again!
