No trackbacksDancing in the street - sort of
Wednesday afternoons: HipHop Street Dance time for Mannat and other kids who attend Gemma Snowdon's classes. Today parents were invited to the dance class, an informal little show of what the kids have learned.
Besides learning dancing steps and routines, they get to learn about whats good for which muscle, how to stretch safely, how to tone their bodies to become more flexible and supple. The dancing was nice, some steps were slow and easy and some were fast and very very energetic. The music was great too!
