The first image is Wat Phra Kaew [Temple of the Emerald Buddha] as viewed from the Grand Palace grounds, the 2nd is a building at the Grand Palace. The “emerald” Buddha is actually made from jade/jasper and not emerald….. Time to wake and start the day… looked out blury eyed and saw this vivid sunrise reflected in the glass of the building opposite. Grabbed camera and took a few frames. Lovely colors. Red/orange/yellow sunrise colors and a deep deep indigo sky. The colors were gone faded into daylight very fast…
