Keeping it Green

Home-work time. For Mannat, that is.

Both photographs shot at a very slow shutter speed and an off-camera flash at low power, to capture the ambient light on the background and the flash only to light Mannat. Not sure which image I like better, so am posting both!

A little bit of practice

For us both actually.
Mannat practicing piano, and me the flasher practicing lighting. The room was darkened, except for the light from a few low lamps. I wanted to light just her face and the white piano keys and let the background go dark in the photo....
The original color version worked fine, but it looked better converted to B&W.
