A multi photographers bird-photography exhibition - I went to view Samiul Mohsanin’s photos today. A treat! Samiul is a student of Jahangirnagar University, extremely knowledgable about the habitat and birds, and has hosted us and been our guide on a previous birding visit.

Children from USTAV School Dhaka visit Radius Gallery to view the “Jhaal Muri” exhibition, and they all seem to have had a wonderful time. We asked them which pictures were their favourites – very diplomatically they said “ALL”! Apparently they then all sat on the floor and recited poetry and did a few dances, I [...]

Did two visits to “Passion of Thai Modern Art” – an art exhibition at Siam Paragon with 81 art pieces from KASIKORNBANK’s contemporary collection and another 127 sculptures and 93 paintings from the Bangkok Sculpture Center’s collection displayed over 4 floors of space. The mix of Buddhism and Buddhist influences in the Modern Art of Thailand [...]

The outdoor photo exhibition of “EARTH FROM ABOVE” photographs by Yann Arthus-Bertrand on display at ZEN Department Store Bangkok is a treat to view. We spent the early part of the evening looking at these amazing and awe-inspiring photographs.
