Spring again

Two evenings ago there was a strong breeze which began blowing off the whirly-bird seeds from the Mahogany pods just around sunset… by today morning most the seeds are gone and new leaves are out!

Morning alarm

The “official” first day of spring was the 13th Feb. Yesterday the first new leaves began appearing on the Mahogany trees.  In a few days, the orange and yellows of these new sprouts will give way to green… yep it IS spring now!

Learning to fly
