Went out to the balcony for some fresh air and saw this beautiful sky with the rays of the sun shooting up behind the clouds. A few minutes later the colors switched from blue to yellow orange and magenta, the sun was almost down to the horizon disappearing fast and a crow gliding past….

A lovely evening aboard the Sunflower on the Balu River outside of Dhaka city. A few nice friends, great food and drink, super cool breeze and a magical evening – low billowy clouds, then a pale but pretty sunset, and finally the moon lighting the way….

A very happy new year to all! Dec 25th to 30th 2009. A lovely visit to Simla/Sidhora/Mashobra, yet again. Long walks through the pine forests.
